Description: This layer was originally created by LPI and has been maintained by Woollahra Council since 2002. This layer was refined in 2013 as part of the LEP mapping project and a significant amount of work was undertaken to more accurately represent the boundaries of private properties along the harbour foreshore. It is important to note that, as a result of this work, the boundaries of the properties along the harbour foreshore do not match the State Department's version of the LGA boundary, therefore these two datasets shuld not be displayed togetheras it would give an inaccurate interpretation of the boundaries.Woollahra Council decidedtorefine the mapped parcel boundaries along the harbourforeshoreas part of the 2014 LEP project because there were significant errors identified in the State data that where seenas potentially problematic in a planning context. In 2013 this layer and an accompanying list of areas in which it differed from the State's version was provided to LPI with the hope that their own data would also be updated and our versions would match. It seemed that they were too short staffed at that time to underake the work.

Description: This layer is the interpretation of the location of the mean high water mark along the harbour and coast. This layer was created by using a number of other datasets. 1) The reverse boundary of the State Gov LGA Boundary data was used to create the boundary of the ocean and harbour outside of Woollahra LGA. 2) The reverse boundary of the Woollahra2014 LEP Land Application Map data was used to create the boundary of the ocean and harbour surrounding Woollahra LGA.This layer's boundary was used as Woollahra Council's representation of the boundary of the Sydney Harbour Catchment SREP (aka the mean high water mark). This data aligns with other harbour boundary data such as Woollahra's cadastral and LGA layers, except in areas where the harbour enters private properties (identified as Sydney Harbour Catchment SREP in Wollahra's LEP mapping). A significant amount of work was undertaking as part of the 2014 LEP mapping project refining private property boundaries along the harbour foreshore and identifing areas of Sydney Harbour Catchment SREPwithin private properties.
Description: The parks datawas audited in 2014by Woollahra Council's Open Space and Trees team. It includes all park areas whether or not they have been zoned as open space. This includes all parks zoned RE1, RE2 or E1 as well as small parks that have been zoned differently for various reasons. The following fields are historical, source unknown;WOOL_IDMAP_IDCNTSITEID

Description: This layer is the interpretation of the location of the Woollahra Council Boundary as described in the gazettal of the boundary dated 29th November 2002.This layer was refined in 2013 as part of the LEP mapping project and a significant amount of work was undertaken to more accurately represent the boundaries of private properties along the harbour foreshore. It is important to note that, as a result of this work, this version of the LGA boundary is graphically different from the State Department's version of the LGA boundary. Woollahra Council decided to use this layer for the LGA boundary in the 2014 LEP instead of the State Department's LGA boundary because there were significant errors identified in the State data that where seenas potentially problematic in a planning context. In 2013 this layer and an accompanying list of areas in which it differed from the State's version was provided to LPI with the hope that their own data would also be updated and our versions would match. It seemed that they were too short staffed at that time to underake the work.
